SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Economy Shipping on orders totaling $100.00 or more! Does not include shipping on returns.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated and due at checkout. We use Fed Ex, UPS and for smaller items, USPS. For larger items we use private freight companies. Ultimate Sheepskin reserves the right to choose which carrier is used for your shipment. You will be notified which carrier is assigned to your package(s) along with tracking information when shipped. Our system will email you this information (please check your spam filter).

Delivery Signature – You have the option at checkout to choose whether or not you want your item delivered with a ‘signature required’.

  • If you choose YES – You must be home to sign for your item. Two attempts will be made by the shipper. After which it will be sent back to our warehouse. Items shipped back will require additional shipping charges to resend. Customers will need to arrange for payment of these charges before we can attempt another shipment.
  • If you choose NO – Your item will ship to your shipping address and could be left at your door should no one be home. Ultimate Sheepskin assumes no liability if your package is lost or stolen after delivery.

Signature required only applies to items under $1,000.00. Items over $1,000.00 will require a signature automatically at no additional charge. 

Ready-made – Orders for ready-made items are typically shipped in 2 to 3 business days.

Made-To-Order (Tailor-made and items ordered with a specific color or style)– Orders for made-to-order items are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items can take up to 120 days to produce. In which case,  a 50/50 payment plan can be set up by contacting customer service prior to purchase.

Shipping to Contiguous U.S. – Please contact us if you are wanting to ship outside of the contiguous U.S.
Alaska, Hawaii or Virgin Island residents may be required to pay additional shipping to these areas.

International Shipments – We do not accept orders for international shipments. Please contact us if you are wanting to ship outside of the U.S.
